The identity, brand messages, and launch plan of the Smuuti Skin cosmetics brand aimed at the Gen Z were intended to be created by engaging the target audience. This ensured that the brand aligns with the themes and actions most important and interesting to the target audience.
Solution
- Gen Z Advisory Board, with whom strategic brand choices were validated based on customer needs. The youth also participated in planning the launch plan.

The launch of Smuuti Skin exceeded all expectations: The products were sold out in Prisma retails stores across Finland within two days, and the brand gained a tremendous amount of earned visibility on social media.
